All poster presentations will be pre-recorded (no live presentations) for the AEG 2020 Virtual Annual Meeting. Here is a list of items to assist you with your presentations:
Please register by August 1, 2020 to have your abstract published in the Program With Abstracts. We do have several sponsored student registrations, please email AEG Meeting Manager, Heather Clark (email@example.com), if you are interested. Register Now
Please email Heather your bio and photo for the attendee website.
Please upload your final video to the AEG 2020 Poster Presentation Dropbox account. Heather will be emailing all of the presenters a link to the folder.
Deadline for all of the above items is September 7, 2020.
Student Poster Competition
All AEG 2020 Virtual Annual Meeting attendees will be viewing the videos and voting for their favorite. Prizes will be awarded for First Place ($250), Second Place ($150), Third Place ($75), and Fourth Place ($25) based on the attendee's votes. The winners will be announced on Friday, September 18, 2020 at 2:00pm following the AEG Foundation Awards.
