AEG's 2020 Virtual Annual Meeting

All cancellations and requests for refunds must be made in writing to the Annual Meeting Committee Chair(s). Verbal requests will not be accepted. Refunds may be issued 4-6 weeks after the close of the meeting.
For cancellations received at least 30 days prior to the start of the Virtual Annual Meeting a $25 processing fee will be applied.
A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations received between 15 and 30 days prior to the start of the Virtual Annual Meeting.
No refunds will be issued within 15 days of the start of the Virtual Annual Meeting. Special consideration will be given for verifiable personal and medical emergencies.
AEG is aware of other websites with misleading information on our 2020 Annual Meeting. These are not legitimate websites, and should be avoided. Always be sure you are on the official website before giving out information. Please know we have not had a data breach. These companies keep contacting a wide range of people until they eventually get to someone who responds. Please do not engage with, purchase or click on any links that look suspicious. If you receive a solicitation from a third party or from any person or business that claims to be an authorized vendor or makes it seem as though they are affiliated with AEG, we ask that you forward the information on to email@example.com.
